Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not access the Service.
Fabio's Tweaking Lab provides professional PC optimization services including Windows configuration, BIOS tuning, GPU driver optimization, registry editing, overclocking, and related system performance enhancements.
All services are performed remotely via AnyDesk or RustDesk. The client grants temporary remote access to their system during the session. You remain in full control and can revoke access at any time.
We do not install any third-party software, malware, or telemetry on your system. Our optimizations are performed manually and tailored to your specific hardware.
⚠️ Please do not clear the CMOS or remove the motherboard battery, as this will trigger a full BIOS reset and all custom BIOS settings will be lost.
The same applies to resetting settings via the BIOS menu or updating/flashing the BIOS — these actions will also restore everything to factory defaults, undoing all optimizations we applied.
If you make any changes to the BIOS on your own after our optimization session, we are not responsible for any resulting issues or malfunctions. Proceed at your own risk.
If you need to update your BIOS or change settings, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process and re-apply optimizations if needed.
Overclocking inherently involves pushing hardware beyond its factory specifications. While we take every precaution to ensure stability (including full stress-testing after every session), overclocking may void your hardware manufacturer's warranty.
We only apply stable, tested configurations — never "show numbers" that crash under real workloads. However, by agreeing to our overclocking services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.
Fabio's Tweaking Lab is not liable for any hardware damage resulting from overclocking, although in our extensive experience, we have never caused such damage.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final once the optimization session has been performed.
However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with the results, we will continue working on your system at no additional cost until you are satisfied. We also provide lifetime support for all our clients — if a Windows update or driver change affects your optimization, reach out and we'll fix it.
Refund requests based on subjective expectations (e.g., "I thought I'd get more FPS") are not eligible. Our optimizations are hardware-dependent, and results vary based on your system configuration.
Payment is required before the optimization session begins. We accept payment via methods communicated through our Discord server.
Prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.
You are responsible for backing up any important data before the session. While we take care to preserve your files, a fresh Windows installation (included in our service) will require a clean drive.
You must ensure that you have a stable internet connection during the session. Poor connectivity may affect the quality and duration of the optimization.
You agree not to share, redistribute, or resell any configurations, scripts, or custom OS builds provided as part of our service.
The SLYTHOS custom OS build, optimization configurations, and proprietary techniques used during our sessions are the intellectual property of Fabio's Tweaking Lab.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the optimized configuration on the system it was applied to. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of our work is strictly prohibited.
In no event shall Fabio's Tweaking Lab, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
